Disk partition
• Drive name aren't using alphabetical letter (c: , d:)
• But it use code like this :
Primary master = /hda
Primary slave = /hdb
Secondary master = /hdc
Secondary slave =/hdd
• One hardisk can have maximum 4 primary partition and one extended partition (extended partition can have some logical partition)
• primary partition starts from 1 to 4, logical starts from 5
• Here's an example Primary master harddisk:
Primary 1 = /hda1
Primary 4 = /hda4
Logical 1 = /hda5
Logical 10 = /hda14
