Here's a simple trick to handle it.
If u're using Linux, open the file /etc/hosts
If u're using Windows, open c:/WIndows/System32/Drivers/etc/hosts


Add this :
208.65.153.253 youtube.com
208.65.153.238 youtube.com
208.65.153.251 youtube.com
12.107.112.25 www.metacafe.com
12.107.112.27 www.metacafe.com
216.178.38.104 myspace.com
216.178.38.104 myspace.com
