.I'm a lil anxious bout it. i dont think this is gonna work well. Block the porn site is just solve one problem and it can create another problem. There is no specific and descriptive of word “PORN”. So how will they block the site. They are gonna block the porn by its word, like example “xxx” or “sex”… The block the material through the word. Well of course its not effective. Like example a medical student or a doctor wants to do some research about women genital or let just say “vagina”. The word “vagina” can has a negative or positive connotation . Well it depends by the user itself.

I think the blocking activity is not going to work. As we know we can easily find porn sites with a polite namesite. But that’s doesn’t matter at all, coz the government like to make a spectacular law like this.

Inspite of blocking the porn, I think government must make a law about hacking, phishing, child abusing and online trafficking. We absolutely don’t want our beloved country, Indonesia being blocked by Amazon.com or another e-commerce site all the time.

By the way, this law has effected some hacker s to react. Well someone had deface depkominfo’s site…
